Plus One Dreams and iGame, both Finnish-owned Malta-based online gambling companies, are to merge.
The companies have signed a letter of intent with the transaction expected to be complete on May 15, 2014.
Plus One Dreams currently operates the sites Kolikkopelit.com, Leijonaksino.com, Hertat.com and Bohemiacasino.com, while iGame’s Nordic-focused internet casino, poker and betting business operates sites 24hPoker.com, Casinohuone.com, Pokerihuone.com, Veikkaushuone.com and iGame.com.
Operating under the iGame brand, the merged business will employ more than 100 people. Rikard Ljungman, CEO of Plus One Dreams, described the deal as a “dream merger for both parties.”
