Genuis Sports has secured a new extension of its data partnership with the data rights holder of UK football, Football DataCo.

The new deal gives Genuis Sports extend rights to be the exclusive official supplier of low latency live date from the English Premier League, English Football League and Scottish Professional Football League to the sports betting industry until the end of the 2024-25 season.
As well as this, Genius Sports also expanded its partnership to capture sub-second, skeletal tracking data for all Sky Bet EFL Championship and Championship Play-Off matches through its best-in-class Second Spectrum technology.
Genius Sports’ AI-powered tracking systems will now be installed at all remaining Championship grounds, to capture data on each player, match official and ball.
