B2B supplier of internet gaming enterprise software GAN has met its 2017 market expectations in real money regulated gaming and simulated gaming activities thanks to launch of several new clients.

The most prominent of these launches has been that of the Overseas Internet Casino – to be delivered by GAN to an anonymous US casino operator and exisiting client of simulated gaming.

In Italy, growth in net revenue for regulated gaming continued from H1 into H2. In particular, the company performed strongly in New Jersey, with one highlight including the signing of a multi-year agreement with AC Ocean Walk.

In terms of simulated gaming, the company benefited from the launch of several new casino operator clients, including MGM’s Borgata and Oneida Nation’s TurningStone.

“The company generated positive clean EBITDA in H1 2017 following a substantial multi-year period of investment focused on the US land-based casino industry,” said Dermot Smurfit, CEO of GAN. “This favourable EBITDA trend has continued throughout H2 and we have delivered on the market’s expectations to generate positive EBITDA for the full calendar year 2017.”
