Gaming Innovation Group has completed its full agreement with Palasino Malta following a head of terms announced in January.
GiG will provide its player account management platform, front-end delivery and content management system to Trans World Hotels & Entertainment’s online entry through Palasino.com.
GiG will also provide opportunities within multiple international established and emerging online markets.
The agreement has been signed for an initial period of five years and is expected to go live during H1 2023.
Marcel Elfersy, CCO of GiG, said the deal offers a “wealth of opportunity in the partnership for businesses to expand into” and that GiG will help Palasino Malta “establish a strong foothold in the market.”
Colin Chapman Stewart, director of gaming at FEC, said: “Partnering with GiG provides TWHE, Palasino and our shareholders with the confidence and ability to launch our online division operating out of Malta with an MGA license.”
THWE is the ninth traditional retail operator that has partnered with GiG.
