Spain’s R Franco Group has bought the entire share capital of Mediatech Solutions, the gaming platform and online solutions provider. Franco took a controlling stake in the company last year, but this week took up the outstanding shares in the company.
Mediatech has offices in Madrid and Ciudad Real in Spain, Serbia and Malaysia.
In a statement, Franco said that the deal “increases the level of competitiveness,enhances and improves the asset portfolio balance, promotes the technological area within the group and provides a major platform for growth.”
