Flutter confirms Edgecliffe-Johnson CFO plan

Flutter has confirmed that Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson will replace Jonathan Hill as group chief financial officer.

Edgecliffe-Johnson will take up the role on March 2020, while Hill will become the group chief operating officer on the same date.

Hill will remain as a director at Flutter until the conclusion of the operator’s annual general meeting in April.
