Entraction has terminated a contract with Boss Media and will close Cardroom2 by December 31. Thereafter, poker will only be offered in the Entraction network.
Cardroom2, which enables players in Entraction’s network to play in the poker network IPN, will be closed after it was reported that the traffic from Cardroom2 represents just five per cent of Entraction’s revenues from poker.
Peter Åström, CEO of Entraction, said: ”Because of the strong growth in the Entraction poker network there is no longer a need for Cardroom2.”
