Enteractive will run player activation and reactivation campaigns for Touch Casino through a fresh partnership.

The deal, set to be implemented in various markets, will see Enteractive complement Touch Casino’s existing CRM activities to run activation projects focused on the activation of registered non-funded player accounts.

The reactivation of lapsed or dormant player accounts will be another key focus of the collaboration.

Rhys Hamilton, director at Touch Casino, said the partnership will “help us to achieve new levels of success in player conversions.”

John Foster, head of B2B sales at Enteractive, added the ability to get “in-depth feedback direct from players” will “no doubt increase the conversion levels for the Touch Casino brand.”
