DraftKings, one of a group of leading sportsbooks in the US lining up to start operations in the new jurisdiction of Kansas, announced its plans this week.
Starting today and just ahead of the beginning of the NFL and college football seasons, sports fans in the sate will be able to place bets through DraftKings’ online sportsbook.
The state will be the 18th in which the company offers its online betting business - DraftKings also has access to the new market in Ontario, Canada. It is working with BHCMC, the operator of the Boot Hill Casino and Resort (pictured).
Players will also be able to access DraftKings’ first blockchain-based gaming franchise, Reignmakers Football.
