DraftKings is expanding its partnership with Kindbridge Behavioral Health to increase its problem gambling support efforts.

Access to therapy and treatment will be provided for players affected in every jurisdiction where DraftKings operates in mobile sports betting and igaming.
The full launch follows a pilot program announced in September in Colorado, which marked the start of the two companies’ relationship.
The system developed by DraftKings and Kindbridge links self-excluded players with support options including educational content, initial assessment calls and counselling.
Daniel Umfleet, CEO of Kindbridge, said: “DraftKings' integration of direct care into their platform, in collaboration with Kindbridge across 25 states, marks a significant step in enhancing player health.
“This effort underlines our commitment to combat problem gaming with personalized, accessible support.”
DraftKings’ chief compliance officer Jennifer Aguiar said: “We want everyone on our platform to engage in responsible play and we are committed to educating consumers on the multitude of resources offered.
“For those who recognise signs of problem gaming and decide to utilise our tools to self-exclude, they now have access to therapy and treatment free of cost through Kindbridge Behavioral Health.”
