The Philippines’ DigiPlus Interactive has announced that it has appointed a new CEO and chief digital officer, amongst the company’s ongoing expansion.
According to a Thursday filing with the Philippine Stock Exchange, Tommy Hu has been appointed as the CEO, while Li Jiaqi has been appointed as CDO.
The CEO hire was internal, with Hu already serving to help development and growth of the group’s BingoPlus arm – the country’s main bingo platform, as well as its entertainment portfolio.
Hu is a "seasoned software engineer and strategic business leader with over two decades of experience spanning platform innovation, gaming operations, and enterprise-scale technology leadership," indicated the company.
