Catena Media has announced that the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 5,124,004 due to the exercise of its warrants during the first warrant exercise period.
As announced onJuly 21, 5,124.004 warrants were used to subscribe for the same number of new ordinary shares in Catena Media during the first warrant exercise period. The new shares were registered with Maltese authorities in August 2020.
Through the exercise of warrants during the first warrant exercise period, the number of shares and votes in Catena Media has increased by 5,124,004 and the share capital has increased by €7,686.006.
As of today, August 31, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 66,692,744 shares and votes in Catena Media. The share capital amounts to €100,039,116.
