Catena Media has announced that the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 1,596,668 due to the exercise of its warrants during the second warrant exercise period.
The number of shares and votes in Catena Media now amounts to 68,289,412. As announced on September 1, 1,596,668 warrants were used to subscribe for the same number of new ordinary shares in Catena Media during the second warrant exercise period. The new shares were registered with the Maltese authorities in September 2020.
Through the exercise of warrants during the second warrant exercise period, the share capital in Catena increased by €2,395.
As of today, September 30, the last trading day of the month, the number of shares and votes in Catena Media has increased from 66,692,744 to 68,289,412 and the share capital has increased to €102,434,412.
