Bwin.party digital entertainment's scheme of arrangement has been sanctioned by the Supreme Court of Gibraltar.
Further to bwin.party’s announcement on October 6, the company has confirmed that the Supreme Court of Gibraltar has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement pursuant to the Gibraltar Companies Act, to effect an intra-group reorganisation of the ownership of bwin.party services (Austria) and Websports Entertainment Marketing Services.
A circular setting out the details of the intra-group reorganisation was posted by bwin.party to shareholders in September.
