Speaking to iNTERGAMINGi this week, Bodog Europe managing director Keith McDonnell said that the company is looking forward to exploring new territories.
McDonnell highlighted Scandanavia as one of the new territories that Bodog Europe is interested in, stating that the players there are familiar with Bodog.
The European website has been in development for some time and McDonnell said this was to ensure that the product was right for players.
Last month, Bodog Network announced the execution of a brand licence agreement with BodogBrand.com and the development of a new Bodog-branded poker network, which was presented at EiG in Copenhagen. Bodog Europe recently launched this poker network and a new live betting application on its website.
Deals were secured with Bodog brand licensees first but there are plans to extend the network to other operators and discussions for this are already in place.
