Bodog has been dropped by West Bromwich Albion as the English Premier League football club’s main shirt sponsor.

The sponsorship deal, which will come to an end on May 31, was initially for two years with an option to end after just one. It has been confirmed that online property search and research firm Zoopla will take over as the club’s new sponsor on June 1 and will run at least until the 2014/2015 season. West Brom stated that the termination of the agreement was a mutual decision. Earlier this year, US Department of Homeland Security seized the domain name Bodog.com and its founder Calvin Ayre was indicted by the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
