A deal has been struck between operator DraftKings in the US and the New York Giants American football team.
DraftKings, the digital sports betting company, now has a multi-year agreement under which it will act as the official sports betting, daily fantasy and igaming operator for the team.
The betting products provider will have access to Giants’ marks and logos, open a virtual sports lounge on match day and provide fans with ways to engage on DraftKings platforms.
Football is the most popular sport on the DraftKings platform. The two organisations will provide a free-to-play game for fans each week. Of the 700 sports teams on the DraftKings sportsbook platform the NY Giants ranks in the top 40 for most highly bet franchises.
