Online casino and sports betting operator BetMGM has strengthened its ties in the UK through deeper collaborations with two Premier League football clubs.

The LeoVegas Group revealed the operator is to become an official betting partner of Newcastle United, building on the initial year of their partnership.

The BetMGM brand will be highlighted across LEDs, screens and static advertising boards at the club’s St. James’ Park stadium in the city centre.

Brand activations will include experiences and giveaways.

Sam Behar, UK director of BetMGM, said: “The club is incredibly ambitious, and their drive perfectly aligns with our group’s core values. I can’t wait to get this season started and see Newcastle United continue on their journey.”

Newcastle United’s chief commercial officer Peter Silverstone said the club and the operator have had an “exceptional first year together” by helping “drive brand awareness and engagement in key markets.”

BetMGM has also become the official European betting partner of Wolverhampton Wanderers.

BetMGM branding will feature on LED advertising, static branding sites and media interview backdrops at Molineux Stadium and Wolves’ Sir Jack Hayward Training Ground during the 2024-25 and 2025-26 campaigns.

Wolves’ Russell Jones, GM marketing and commercial growth, said BetMGM’s support is “invaluable to the club as we look to expand our portfolio of commercial partners and we look forward to working with the BetMGM team over the next two seasons.”
