Igaming compliance firm BetComply has launched a self-assessment/audit hybrid for licence holders in the Netherlands.
ComplyCheck is aimed at helping licensees navigate regulatory requirements including fresh supervision plans from the regulator to be rolled out this year.
Powered by SG Certified, the tool begins with a set of questions that operators can complete and fill with evidence.
The questionnaire is then analysed by BetComply, which provides a full report detailing regulatory and compliance gaps.
The company will also provide insights into whether the operator will be compliant with upcoming regulations that are currently under consultation.
