Online betting and gaming operator bet-at-home.com saw gross betting and gaming revenue increase by 17.5 per cent in the first half of 2017, to €76.8m.

Bet-at-home sees earnings jump

Earnings (EBITDA) almost doubled in the period, climbing to €17.4m. In Q2, gross betting and gaming revenue hit €39.6m – the highest quarterly figure in the company’s history.

"The group’s pleasing financial figures for the first half of 2017 confirm that our substantial investments in our markets are paying off more and more, and in the long term especially", said Michael Quatember, chairman of the board of bet-at-home.

For the 2017 financial year, the bet-at-home board anticipates an increase in the gross betting and gaming revenue to €144m with EBITDA of €34m to €38m is also expected.
