Bell chimes with Gaming Realms

Bell, who joins with immediate effect, joined the Hilton Group in 1991 and was appointed managing director of the company’s Ladbrokes Worldwide business in 1994.

He joined the board of Hilton Group in June 2000 and, in 2006, became chief executive at Ladbrokes – a position he held until 2010.

Since leaving the bookmaker, Bell has held a number of senior non-executive board positions and is currently chairman of XLMedia and TechFinancials, and senior independent director of the Rank Group.

Michael Buckley, chairman of Gaming Realms, said: “We are delighted that Chris has agreed to join the company.

“He brings a wealth of experience of the gaming industry and extensive corporate knowledge which will help us to develop the company further. We welcome him and greatly look forward to working with him.”
