Bally Technologies has applied to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission regulator for a Foreign Gambling Associate Certificate.

A subsidiary of Las Vegas-based online and land-based casino games and solutions supplier Bally Technologies Incorporated, the company applied for its certificate on May 11 with interested parties subsequently being given 14 days in order to voice any objections.

A Foreign Gambling Associate is an entity (other than a category two online gambling licensee) to whom a category one online gambling licensee transfers customers, or allows them to be transferred, for the purpose of that entity effecting gambling transactions with the customer or arranging for those customers to gamble with others.

The AGCC issued its 100th licence in March this year.
