Sports betting revenue in Arizona rose 26.2 per cent year-on-year in April to US$43.4m.
Online sports wagering contributed $43m of this total, with retail adding the remaining $289,207.
There was also a month-on-month increase in revenue of 14.1 per cent from March’s $38m.
Sports betting handle in Arizona reached $656.3m in April, up 26.2 per cent year-on-year. Although, the figure could not top March’s $759.8m and dropped 13.6 per cent in that comparison.
Subsequent tax collections in Arizona were up 26.2 per cent year-on-year and 14.4 per cent month-on-month, respectively, with the April 2024 figure at $4.3m.
