Igaming affiliates Sword Media and Apps4 Web Media have merged to create GameTime Digital.

Paid acquisition affiliate Sword Media initially purchased a 50 per cent stake in organic traffic-focused affiliate Apps4 Web Media in 2021 for US$620,000.
However, the two companies have now merged to create a new business, joining together their combined 30 employees and assets mainly focused on the US market.
Apps4 Web Media runs websites including Gamble USA and App Scomesse.
Sword Media founder and CEO Stephen McBrinn, who will remain as CEO of GameTime Digital, said the merger “allows us to be a fully US-focused igaming partner and will bring our revenues to €10m for 2024, delivering 20,000 new FTDs to our various partners across our PPC, Media Buying, SEO & Network departments.”
Alex Windsor, the founder and CEO of Apps4 Web Media, will take on the newly-created role of chief marketing officer of GameTime Digital.
Windsor said: “Ever since we gained our first licence in New Jersey in 2017 we have strived to deliver the highest quality to our partners and we look forward to continuing to do so through both through organic, paid and through our network partners.
“The US market is such an exciting one to be involved in. The appetite for igaming and legalised sports betting present such an incredible opportunity for the igaming market."
