Eight more illegal offshore gambling websites and affiliate marketing websites have been blocked by the Australian Media and Communications Authority.
The ACMA said Casino Jax, No Deposit Kings, Kosmonaut Casino and five other websites were in breach of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
The latest enforcement by the Australian government agency takes the number of sites it has blocked since it made its first blocking request to 709.
A statement read: “The ACMA is reminding consumers that even if a service looks legitimate, it's unlikely to have important customer protections.
“This means Australians who use illegal gambling services risk losing their money.”
