Gambling operator 4Play has integrated Fast Track’s CRM as it looks to bolster its player retention and streamline operations through automation.

Fast Track’s platform will enable 4Play to “automate complex player journeys, ensuring each interaction is personalised and timely,” the company said.

4Play, launched in 2023, primarily targets the Brazilian market.
