IN early February, a delegation from BetTech Gaming left the warm summer sun of Cape Town and ventured north to find the UK in winter’s chilly grip. At ICE, appropriately enough, BetTech had their European launch.

“ICE 2013 was the perfect international launchpad for BetTech Gaming. It also proved fruitful with regards to firming up and locking down some of the leads we had previously.”

Kotzé, who previously launched Ladbrokes.co.za in South Africa after working at both The Betway Group and Betfair, was impressed with the event: “In general we thought the show was excellent. It is renowned for its importance in the annual gaming calendar and BetTech is thrilled to have been an exhibitor.”

BetTech is a global provider of premium technology solutions to gaming companies. The extensive experience of working in Africa that Kotzé and her colleagues boasts, coupled with the the company’s Cape Town location, gives BetTech a near-unique insight into Africa’s i-gaming business.
