Wirex has provided a plethora of innovative products to operators since its inception
1996 - Wirex, a dynamic software house providing entertainment platforms for gaming, betting and gambling operators, was established in Italy with the aim of providing software solutions and services to the ecommerce industry.
1998 - The company began developing gaming applications on behalf of a major UK licensed bookmaker.
1998-2002 - The first betting platform release was enhanced with new applications, not only to satisfy operators’ requirements but with the main goal of satisfying users’ needs. During this span, Wirex understood that every player had their own attributes and operators must be able to offer customised services according to their customers' features. The company also began to work on a high-flying project that revolutionised the entertainment technology industry. It aimed to develop a user-friendly platform, something that players use every day. This path led Wirex to develop user-friendly software with a unique account and a unique e-wallet, featuring multi currencies and multi languages.
