TAG Media Limited, the i-gaming marketing and business development consultancy, has joined forces with Isle of Man-based SMP Partners, a provider of consulting and corporate services to the international online gambling sector.

This deal will enable TAG to offer brokerage, M&A transactional support and advisory services to i-gaming affiliates looking to explore acquisition and exit opportunities. The company has more than seven years experience of providing independent affiliate marketing services through GameOn Affiliates, which it acquired at the end of 2015.

With several super affiliates rapidly expanding their portfolios in preparation for floatation and beyond, M&A has never been as prominent in the affiliate space as it is at the moment.
