NeoGames has extended its three-year deal with Caesars and the renewed terms cover further annual renewals unless cancelled by either party.

Caesars will use the NeoSphere platform to operate its online sports betting and igaming business.

NeoGames will also work with the operator to enhance the solution, with the goal of helping Caesars transition to its own tech platform, where applicable and as requested by Caesars.

Moti Matul, chief executive officer at NeoGames, hailed the company’s “strong ongoing partnership with Caesars.”

Eric Hession, president of Caesars Digital, added NeoGames offers “unparalleled expertise and support” as it expands its business.

NeoGames secured a guaranteed net profit level for the full term of the agreement.
