Following today’s private hearing at the Royal Automobile Club in London’s Pall Mall, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission has released a statement confirming that Bubble Group’s AGCC licence “remains suspended.”

AGCC

Bubble, which trades as Sheriff Gaming, had its licence suspended by the AGCC on September 10, 2013, as part of an ongoing investigation which began in May 2013. The investigation sought “to confirm that the bases on which Bubble Group BV and its sponsors were approved [for the certificate] remain correct.”

The full statement reads: “Following a hearing held in camera on October 29, 2013, the Category 2 Associate Certificate of Bubble Group BV remains suspended until further notice.”
