Zip World at the Penrhyn Quarry in North Wales, UK, has opened a series of educational classes for school pupils.

The Penrhyn Quarry is home to Zip World Velocity 2, the fastest zipline in the world, and the longest in Europe.
The North Wales Pioneer reports that Zip World's new educational programme is intended to support pupils' learning of different subjects, including geography, physics, Welsh and English.
Through a range of activities, such as a child-friendly version of the zipline called the Quarry Flyer, the cavern-set Bounce Below trampoline park, and a toboggan coaster called The Fforest Coaster, pupils are given a fun backdrop to learn about the makeup of the terrain.
Dominic Wong and Rebecca Morris from attractions agency, Schools To You, developed the course with Zip World. Schools To You use progressive methods to teach, from working with conceptual knowledge to teamwork and using practical activities to represent ideas.
