A FEC in Miami, Florida, US, has updated its technology to run on a single, unified system.

Dezerland

Dezerland Action Park Miami, which has recently been acquired by Mike Abecassis, has chosen Semnox Solutions to update its operation systems.

The location features a wide range of attractions, including karting, skating, a rope course, rock climbing, trampolines, VR and a full arcade.

Semnox will install its multi-channel sales platform, venue POS, RFID card system and tap-to-play functionality in the arcade.

Abecassis said: “The transition was quick and painless without any disruption to ongoing operations. Some of the key components of the new system are the addition of missing functions such as e-commerce, online party booking and reservations, self-service kiosks for gameplay and redemption management, time-slot scheduling, and much more.

“These enhancements will significantly boost the overall function of the park.”

Bepin Jose, president of Semnox, added: “Changing from these many systems is a strategic move with significant gains when executed well. This undertaking not only simplifies the systems portfolio but also improves the quality of information as data is no longer scattered. We thank Mike Abecassis for his visionary leadership and guidance.”
