Plans for a new giant-themed urban adventure park and nature sanctuary in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK, have been announced as part of a public-private sector venture.

Giant’s Park Adventure Park iwill be located on a former 250-acre landfill site in north Belfast.
The park will be created alongside a nature sanctuary created as part of a public-private sector venture.
Kevin McKay, Giant’s Park Belfast Limited’s chief executive, added: “We have been working collaboratively on the design details balancing the requirements of the outdoor nature park while ensuring the careful management of the surrounding ecological environment.”
The initial phase of the project will see a 160-acre portion of the site transformed into a new adventure park, with construction potentially getting underway as early as winter 2025, subject to planning permission being granted.
