A new climbing centre is coming to the UK under the Clip ‘n Climb brand.

24 attractions will be located at the Reading Clip 'n Climb

Set to open this month, Clip ‘n Climb Reading will feature 24 different climbing challenges, aimed at ages four and above.

Attractions will include the popular Stairway to Heaven and a vertical drop slide that will send guests down from a height of eight metres.

The new location will be situated in a converted farm building south of the city, containing a café with a full F&B offering.

Owner Jon Robinson was inspired to open the attraction after visiting another location with his children. He said: “I decided to open the business because my children had been to another Clip ‘n Climb when visiting relatives and had an amazing and fun-packed time. From this, I wondered why Reading and the surrounding area didn’t have a Clip ‘n Climb, or to be more precise my children asked me why there wasn’t a Clip ‘n Climb they could go to back home, and I began what turned out to be a three year journey to find the perfect site and location!”

Marcus Crossman, franchise manager at Clip ‘n Climb, said: “Unlike other climbing centres, our colourful approach to climbing makes Clip ‘n Climb the perfect place for fun family outings, birthday parties and school trips.”
