Timezone, part of The Entertainment and Edutainment Group, has been carrying out a major exercise in totally refitting its venues. “It is a recognition of our guests’ desire for cutting-edge games and memorable and exciting entertainment,” said Sonaal Chopra, group CEO.
He said that the campaign of investment and refurbishment had taken place across the whole of the TEEG chain throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
“Charlestown has a brand new look with new games and an overall completely new experience. As a business, we are obsessed with the guest experience and we are seeing solid revenue growth and guest engagement in the venues that we reposition across the network.”
Chopra’s general manager for the Timezone and Zone Bowling Australia, Kane Fong, said: “The new Timezone venue reconfirms our core commitment to offer fun and inclusive entertainment experiences that can be shared by guests of all ages with their family and friends.”
The newly refurbished venues offer a modern contemporary design filled with bright colours and clever lighting for which Timezone’s family friendly spaces are renowned. The range of games and interactive entertainment attractions are updated to offer a wide range of cutting-edge and fun options for the whole family.
In addition to Australia, Timezone has taken the new concepts to other markets, including Indonesia, India, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam where the Timezone brand continues to be the top FEC name.
