The organiser of Surexpo, the Polish amusement and vending show, has announced that the event is to be postponed until next year.
This year’s expo, which was due to be held in Warsaw on October 17-18, was to be the 12th edition of the event.
However, organiser Wigor-Targi confirmed that the next show will now take place in 2014. This decision was taken, the company said, due to “unclear decisions” from exhibitors and the “complicated situation” created by the country’s gambling laws.
Previously, Surexpo has brought together around 100 exhibiting companies and averaged 6,000 visitors each year.
