Andrew Mills has been appointed director of quality assurance at pinball manufacturer Stern, it has been announced by the Chicago-based company this week.

Reporting to COO and vice president Kevin Schechtel, Mills will help identify, analyse and develop improvements in the supply chain and manufacturing quality of the machines coming out of the factory. He will also support Stern Pinball’s existing and future growth.
Coming from outside the industry – previously with large manufacturers such as Caterpillar – Mills will "help Stern’s commitment to investing in quality of our products to keep up with our rapidly growing business," said CEO Gary Stern.
