Gary Stern to continue as chairman with Seth Davis to take on CEO role.

Stern Pinball founder, Gary Stern, is to step down as company CEO, but will continue as chairman of the board.

Seth Davis, who joined the company as president in 2021, will take on the additional role of CEO.

Dave Peterson will continue to serve as vice chairman, and he and Gary Stern will remain the controlling shareholders of the company and serve in executive roles on a project basis. Prior to joining Stern Pinball, Davis spent a combined 21 years at Walt Disney and General Electric, serving in a wide variety of functions.

Nick Parfitt will join the company as chief finance officer, taking over from Michael O’Donnell who is to step down after 35 years, though he will remain on the board.

In the past three years, Stern has achieved successive revenue records across the pinball machine, accessory, and merchandise businesses as well as a successful digital connectivity expansion with Insider Connected.
