The attraction adds a new tourism offering in the valley and region’s deputy commissioner Bilal Shahid Rao has commended the zipline for enhancing the valley’s appeal to tourists.

Muhammad Ali Swati, chief executive of Heavensway Zipline Adventure, the owner of the Balakot project, told Independent Urdu that they claim it to be the highest zipline in the world because, while some say the highest zip line in the world is in France, that one's height is measured from sea level, while the height Kaghan Valley is measured from ground level.
