The seventh edition of the MENALAC LEA conferences to be held in Dubai, UAE, next week, will focus on topics such as innovation, immersion, health, safety, and sustainability in the MENA leisure industry.

The LEA CEO Conclave, being held at Taj Dubai, Business Bay, on March 4, will feature discussios on issues such as enhancing guest experiences with immersive environments and the rise of sports-based leisure and competitive socialising venues in the region.
Also under discussion will be managing seasonality and fluctuations in demand for attractions in the MENA region, building brand loyalty and exploring the world of leadership and mentorships.
Silvio Liedtke, vice president at MENALAC and CEO of Landmark Leisure, said: “Seven years ago, we started the LEA Conferences as an endeavour to bring together peers from the industry to share knowledge, best practices and learnings to redefine the MENA leisure and entertainment landscape with unique, immersive, cutting-edge and above all memorable experiences.
"Since then, the conference has not only grown in size and reputation but has managed to touch upon areas that truly matter for our businesses while also meaningfully diversifying the MENA region’s entertainment economy.”
