Saudi Entertainment Ventures (Seven), the entertainment arm of the country’s Public Investment Fund, has appointed a contractor for the new venue set to be built at Al Khuzama.

Egyptian-based Hassan Allam Holding has been awarded the contract to build the 160,000sq.m venue, reports Meed.com.
In 2023, Seven handed out more than SAR10bn (US$2.5bn) to develop entertainment destinations in the country.
It is part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which seeks to diversify the country’s economic reliance on oil production, with leisure and tourism set to play a big role in that.
