Plans to transform a UK seaside venue into a family entertainment centre are expected to be given the go-ahead by the local council.

The 45,000sq.ft location will include four F&B outlets and an FEC

It’s hoped the Festival Leisure Park, located in Blackpool, will be transformed with the building of four F&B units and the FEC.

Austinger Capital intends to convert the building, with Bowman Riley appointed as the architect.

The 45,000sq.ft building is built alongside a gym, restaurant and fast food outlet, while there is a large bingo hall under construction on a neighbouring plot.

Proposals show that the FEC will include bowling, trampolining, mini-golf, climbing walls and an obstacle course.
