In the UK, The Original Bowling Company has endorsed Digislots from Reflex Gaming, which is now the highest density digital gaming machine on its estate.

“We have been pleased to see this multi-faceted machine sit well among our more traditional AWPs and equally hold its own financially,” said Will Etherington of The Original Bowling Company. “Within bowling it has been a difficult transition into multi-content machines and to date, Digislots is looking like the biggest step we’ve seen with clear indications of players choosing to play all the game formats on offer.”
All Digislots are fitted with a router and mifi dongle to allow live data to be transmitted to the operator. It produces hourly profit tables, game play graphs, hopper levels, switch-on times and stake info. Bespoke reports can be produced for individual retailers, from one site upwards. In addition, new content can be downloaded at the touch of a button.
“It is still early days but the feedback we are receiving on Digislots is incredible,” said Nick Wheeler, corporate sales manager of Kossway, one of the operating companies that has helped to develop Digislots alongside Reflex Gaming. “The combination of traditional Category C content, casino games and the Pure Roulette game has proved to be a winning one. We have seen the steady growth of Digislots to now in excess of 150 sited pieces, more importantly we are working closely with site owners and retailers to identify the best possible sites, to achieve the best results for all and due to our ongoing support we are seeing very high success rates for this new and exciting product.”
