Payment platform company Nuvei, already with a strong presence in the amusement industry, has appointed two new executives to its board.
Two new independent directors have been added to the Canadian company’s board. Maren Lau, regional vice-president of Latin America at Meta Platforms, has joined.
Another new arrival is Tim Dent, former CFO at DraftKings, the gaming operator. Together they bring the board to eight members, and Maren’s arrival moves the company closer to achieving the 30 per cent female representation that it is seeking.
