A new VR venue has opened in Fresno, California, US.
Broken Controller VR Experiences offers a variety of immersive gaming adventures including arena scale VR, Hero Zone VR, racing simulators and an AR climbing wall.
It has also installed Semnox’s venue management solutions, which gives the operator optimal liability waiver management, access control, cashless transactions and timed slot booking management. The company installed self-service kiosks, barcode wristbands and
Xcess readers at the site to facilitate a smooth customer experience.
Abraham Macias, owner of Broker Controller, said: “The Semnox system has been a phenomenal success, not just for the customers, but for our team members as well.
“Attaching an electronic waiver to the POS system has guests signing waivers in no time at all. The system itself, being all tied together, makes it easier for us to troubleshoot, too. If one of our machines is running into technical issues, we’re notified and can normally fix it from the computer itself.”
