Sonic the Hedgehog aims to bring fun to everyone at Topgolf Grand Prairie, with the game allowing players to aim down range at various targets in iconic Sonic environments.

The family-friendly entertainment centre will house 80 climate-controlled bays across two levels, with the venue coming equipped with Toptracer technology to track each ball’s flight path and distance.

Grand Prairie’s mayor, Ron Jensen, spoke about what the addition meant for the city, as he commented: “This is just the latest step in making Grand Prairie a top destination in Texas. With Topgolf, we're not just adding a new entertainment venue – we're creating more jobs, attracting visitors and offering residents a fun, vibrant space to enjoy together.”

Also included within the venue is a full-service bar and restaurant with a full F&B menu. Alongside this, Topgolf’s latest site will have a private event space and rooftop terrace.

Topgolf’s chief development officer, Chris Callaway, said: “Topgolf Grand Prairie will be an ideal midpoint between Topgolf Fort Worth and Topgolf Dallas, further extending our unique style of modern golf to seasoned players and beginner golfers alike.”
