Strikes LLC has proposed plans to develop a new family entertainment centre in Wilmington, North Carolina, US.
The new FEC will be a two-storey structure, just shy of 41,000sq.ft, with a future expansion of around 11,000sq.ft also being proposed for the site.
Plans for the project show an arcade, bowling alley and golf simulator within the venue, as well as a restaurant and bar. There would also be six outdoor pickleball courts on the site.
The bowling alley is currently set to consist of 18 lanes and three billiard tables, with the arcade being around 7,200sq.ft in size.
Strikes LLC’s proposed site for the new venture is currently disused. Most recently the land was used by an internet café and a storage company.
