Area 254 has held its grand opening in Killeen, Texas, US.
Area 254 first opened in December of 2023 and has a wide variety of games and activities including bowling, bumper cars, karaoke, laser tag and roller skating, but has held off its grand opening until all the attractions were in place.
Two of the latest additions to Area 254 are Krazy Darts and Valo Arena.
Krazy Darts uses a large projector screen as the target board, which allows for a variety of different games to be played using darts such as carnival balloon popping, tic-tac-toe and others.
Valo Arena is a mixed reality playground with games including sword fighting, an obstacle course and a bank heist.
Area 254 also offers F&B options including a drink wall that allows guests to choose from 30 different beers, wines and margaritas.
