An entertainment complex with bowling, an arcade and virtual golf is part of a planned $1bn development in the city of Greenville, South Carolina.
The Greenville County Square project will include a 24,000sq.ft Pins Mechanical location that will feature duckpin bowling and 40 pinball machines as well as craft beer and cocktails, reports the Greenville Post and Courier.
There will also be a 9,100sq.ft Fairway Social location, which will include golf simulators and putting greens, and also arcade games, a bar, and restaurant.
Pins Mechanical currently has ten other locations in the US while Fairway Social has two locations Georgia.
